And if I discontinue Cymbalta I have to make sure I don't regress being on Seroquel alone.That's great- baby steps, you know? keep it up, and don't get discouraged if you have a bad days mixed in with the improving days. That's part of the excitement... I found that seroquel did take away the bad thoughts, but that I was still having a lot of depressive symptoms. Those symptoms have responded really well to increasing my cymbalta. I noticed difference even within 3 days. no joke.
