Alternatives to Celexa

For the most part, Celexa has worked well for my depression and anxiety; however, with 40 LB weight gain and total sexual dyfunction that is uining my relationship , I need alternatives.
I have tried what I think is all of them: Prozac (bad nighmares & SexSide effects), PAxil( weight gain & sleepiness), Effexor (zombified), Cymbalta (zombified), Wellbutrin (phsycho , paranoid) Lexapro (same as celea).....Is there any hope or must I remain fat and sexless??????
