emsam _ almost 4 weeks.... getting impatient.

been on emsam [6mg] the 20 patch... smallest one. for just shy of 4 weeks.
(after years of almost every +/- SSRI --> all pooped out )
i can feel it /- doing something -/ BUT so far it has done
nothing for alleviating this mud thick depression. doc wants me to go two more weeks before we evaluate (maybe raise).... PROBLEM is i am getting extremely frustrated cause it is difficult to get thru an hour or day let alone another 2 weeks.....
these psych meds are aggravating.... they will take weeks to work (if at all).... thats like someone tellin ya, bang this bag of dope and you will get high in about 14 - 28 days..... wtf ?
anyway.... has anyone had to wait for more than a month (or so) for emsam (or maoi in general) to work ? cause i am convinced that i need a higher dose....
