Sparingly soluble means just that, it's going to stay primarily in the solid form when mixed into those two solvents rather than dissolving.

You can always increase the solubility a bit by heating the solution. But just shaking it up real well and drinking it while it's still all swirled together works too.

I've done it with Prozac, and man that sheeit is nasty tasting. I had to use a lot of sweetener to kill the taste.
