If you've only tried one medication, there are still many options.

Hopefully, working with a doctor, you may be able to find an alternative medication or treatment.

If you do it right, you may be able to avoid some nasty effexor withdrawl.

Some people find a combination of effexor and another drug may help.

You might reduce your effexor and add an SSRI or wellbutrin.

You may also find that some alternative treamtents can help.

I have been on every medication, and am finding a lot of help with omega-3 fatty acids.

Stick around.
