I go back and forth with this..and I'm not sure which is the right course of action...sometimes I find coffee greatly helps me feel calmer and more focused...sometimes it makes me feel completely anxious and miserable until my body gets the caffeine out of its system..it seems to change from week to week...anybody else with anxiety have this experience?
