Well I had another hypertensive episode yesterday which I needed 100 mg thorazine to calm dowm. I am not having any of those systems that Racer listed. I think it may have been from the mochachino (that's no how you spell it) I had. It has chocolate in it. That is the only thing I could have eaten to cause it.
I took the bus back home and I had to stand and I felt like I was going to pass out. I tried to feel my pulse but it was going so fast that I couldn't even count it.
Sigh. I must be more careful. Funny when I was on it before I could eat whatever I wanted!
