Going to bed... taking temazepam

and Xanax. I have about had it to over my head with, well i got offered a job today, i got excited, went sort manic.
Trouble going to sleep... Temazepam 30mg Alprazolam 1mg.
Freaking out about the unknown, and whats going to happen tommorow.... i dont know!
Pray i will go to sleep.
