I can relate to you. Black and Blue? do you take a lot of aspirin or any blood thinners? Sounds like maybe a trip to a regular doctor. Now I have to say I started jogging a little bit and since I did my back is splottchy black and blue. I refuse to pay it mind but in the back of my mind I always wondering am I doing my body harm?
