2mg per day!?
In the UK, the recommended starting dose is 0.125mg three times a day ie. 0.375mg per day. The dose is gradually increased to minimise side effects.
Nausea is a very common side effect of Mirapex, particularly if the starting dose is too high. The nausea usually decreases with time :)
