Hi Racer.
I have to say I am a fan of Adderall XR mainly because is wears off slowly. I have tried Ritalin, Ritalin SR, Dexedrine, and Dexedrine spansules. All of them make me crash and it's not a good feeling. I have become suicidal at times. So if you are looking for something "smooth" go for the Adderall.
As to whether or not it will help your current situation, I don't know. But anything is worth a try. I still think you should try Parnate.
