Why Did Reducing my Valium Make Me More Drpreseed?

Now I'm really confused. I was taking l5mg of valium at night. Lowered my dose to l0mg for the last three nights. Still sleeping the same but now I'm more depressed and tired. Also on Luvox 50mg. Any idea why this is happening? I thought it would be the opposite. Thanks, Fondly, Phillipa
