Any 411 on TOPAMAX

I am going to ask my doctor tomorrow to switch me from gabapentin to topiramate. The gabapentin just hasn't been working for some time now.

Does anyone take Topamax for social anxiety? Please let me know what dosage you began on, and what the "target" dose would be.

I'm hoping it will also curb my Remeron hunger!!!
