I called Ortho-McNeil (the makers of Topamax) and they just said to call my doctor and have them give me something stronger cause there probably is an interaction.
Okay, that tells me more. Vicoden and all narcotics are of course notorious for tolerance issues. I wa thinking that your current lack of response to it could just be a tolerance thing. But if you've been taking it off and on for so long with no tolerance developing and it only starting being ineffective when you started the topamax, I'd say that pretty much targets the topamax as the culprit.Marsha
