It doesn't sound like the Rozerem. It sounds like a P450 interaction with something else you're taking that is causing a serotonin increase. On the other hand, it could be a wierd Rozerem reaction because something else you're taking is causing a clearance problem, again, through P450. Luvox is a big one, at 1A2 as an inhibitor, and can leave enormous amounts of Rozerem in your system. 3A4 inhibitors have a slightly less but similar reaction.One would have to know your drug regime.
