Polypharmacy is a tricky thing, I should know.. I would say that any patient on polypharmacy probably is the only person in the world with that exact combination of medication.Let's see... 60mg + 20mg Cymbalta, 40mg + 120mg Valium, 900mg qid Neurontin, 1125mg tid Robaxin, 900mg qhs Seroquel, 15mg qhs Ambien.
