Seroquel and PMS?

Hi Everyone. I hope you're all taking good care of yourselves. I just switched from an AD, Lexapro, to an atypical antipsychotic mood stabilizer, Seroquel. Does anyone know if Seroquel is supposed to help with PMS like the ADs are supposed to? I have all the usual symptoms: stomach upset, feeling down, tired, but difficulties sleeping. Any help/experiences/suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you. Lucia
