I found that I was jittery and had trouble sleeping with 75 mg a day. I now take it every other day in the morning and find that it works just fine. I do find it harder to come to orgasim- which is better than a loss of libido! I also appreciate having some emotions, which was not the case on Serzone. I have not had any other side effects.
Other than the cost, it works for me!
