Hey everyone
I think I need more Magnesium
I have tried several chelated Magnesium supplements with mixed results.
They're often somewhat calming, but also give me insomnia.
They also often contain Phosphorous, which makes my anxiety worse!
I think part of the problem is that I don't know what amino acid the Magnesium is chelated with.There are so many different forms of Magnesium that I'm confused as to which one to go for! Some people say Magnesium Glycinate is best, others think Magnesium Chloride or Orotate is better.
So my Babble friends which form is best and most calming?
