freaking out

Hey all,
I'm really freaking out on this ridiculously low dose of Lexapro. My anxiety levels are through the roof. I have all these deadlines with work and I just can't settle down and focus at all.
I don't know whether I should try riding it out, or whether (given a suspected BPII dx) it's better to just stop the Lex.
