Even if these two drugs looked the same to scientists, they would not necessary look the same to the brain. I agree with Larry in saying that Remeron, for the average person, is an improvement over Tolvon. However, there are probably people who respond better to Tolvon than Remeron. For me, I would choose Remeron first.
