Thanks guys. Hey Lunesta, great info. Very informative ;).
I'm certain the nausea was a result of the meds + excercise. While on effexor, the exact same thing would happen to me. It was not only very painful everytime it happened, but it was also very embarassing, and as a result of these two facts it forced me to become very sedentary. And yes, I agree excerise is perhaps the best anti-depressant/anxiolytic going, so this was definitely grounds to discontinue the drug. And of course not everyone may experience this same effect from the drug as me, so by no means should anyone generalize my one individual experience and be persuaded not to give it a chance.
As far as my experience with benzo's + excercise = nausea, I believe the fact I also take parnate has something to do with it. I'm curious what how the excercise fits into the equation??? Isn't it common for "drug-free" (ha!) individuals to get nauseus if they completely over-exert themselves... (thinking untrained athlete running a 400m at full, or a long distance runner losing his or her lunch after a race).???
Anyway, I'm rambling again, but thanks guys.
