increasing limbic system activity?

Posted by iforgotmypassword on October 29, 2005, at 9:23:45

hi.

i was wondering what out there could improve the function of the limbic system? people with depression seem to have an overactive limbic system, and i am guessing i have the opposite. what part of the brain is it in, btw?

sometimes, i'll start to cry and i'll have no idea why i'm crying, and i can't feel much tracable pain at all.

i guess it may be going nuts though, when i have my random temper tantrums, or i guess that might be the temporal lobe?

anyways, just anger and blunted despair are not a proper set of emotions, i wonder if it would help if i had something that helped enhance the limbic system.
