I know, that sounds kinda flip, but it's not meant that way.

I have a terrible habit, shared by a good friend, of trying to diagnose and come up with a treatment for everything I see a doctor for. Before being willing to see a doctor about, say, a rash, I'll have to do a lot of research and try to figure out what sort of rash it is, and what might cause it, and what to ask for to treat it -- all before seeing the doctor. It's a bad habit, most of the time, because it's trying to do the doctor's job.

I'm working hard right now to ask the doctor what he thinks, before telling him what I think. It's very hard for me, because I feel a bit helpless asking him something when I don't know the answer, but he does know more than I do, and I might miss out on an awful lot just by going in there 'knowing' what I'm going to ask for.

If you're looking for advice, though, you said that the Seroquel was working for you? But Lexapro isn't working out? How about trying Prozac? It's more activating an SSRI, more like Zoloft, so if the one worked for you, the other might work, too.

Good luck.
