>does propranolol help w/ sweating?

In my experience....... no.

Propranolol reduces blood pressure and slows the heart. It is effective in the treatment of high blood pressure and angina. It is also used to prevent migraine attacks.

It is often an effective treatment for anxiety-induced chest discomfort, a racing heart and palpitations. It can sometimes relieve tremor but is not a muscle relaxant: it does not relieve muscle tension.

Although propranolol has been used as a treatment for excessive sweating related to anxiety, there is no good evidence that it is effective.
