> Cheers!Commenting on M-E suggestions--good ones. What dose of Ritalin are/were you taking? I switched to Focalin XR when it became available and have noticed a longer duration of action. However, I have a long day and need a short acting Focalin to make the 12-14 hour days. Also, I have tried to take the "holiday" and found that it got in the way of my family relationships, especially on the weekends. This can be a tough disorder. Good luck!
