Hi there, just started taking Remeron a few days ago, the initial stone has wore off now and not as groggy. My appetite has increased alot though, which is a good thing to me, I am underweight so maybe I can gain a few extra punds. Could anyone on this let me know what to expect. I am currently on 15mg and next week I start on 30mg.
