there were MANY Amphetamine+Barbiturate combos, in the late 50s 60s, the most potent, and the one which forced Elvis to consult the famous Dr Nick was "Desbutal" a drug he was taking in 1968, which is when he sought out Dr Nicks help for 'Insomnia', not unexpected when the contents of 'Desbutal' where:
-(Methamphetamine)-THE MOST POTENT STIMULANT AVAILABLE, 15mgs+Nembutal 40mgs (Pentobarbital).
This colabaration started Elvis on a HUGE reguime of Uppers (Dexedrine, Biphetamine)+downers-several Barbiturates, Quaalude, Valium, Valmed, Placidyl, 4 Barbs, were found in his dead body+ Narcotics+antidepressants.
