Hi,
According to the study, I quote"the researchers implanted the array of electrodes in a region called the "subgenual cingulate region," which their earlier studies had indicated to be overactive in treatment-resistant depression"
Does this mean that will do a scan prior to performing the implant to make sure that whoever they're doing an implant on does have an overactive subgenual cingulate region?
