Dex tends to have less effects on the body than adderall. I did not like the adderall but do very well on the Dexedrine-it is calming and focusing to me.
You definately sound hyper-how long have you been off the adderall? The withdrawel from stims is hell and chances are alot of your trouble right now is from that.
