Tom,
Nardil is awesome, just look at some of the babbles and see how many people love it. Hopefully you will feel AD benefits and not get weight gain. However, if you do feel a little weight gain coming on, hit that treadmill man! I am on a lot of meds that cause weight gain and I curb it with regular exercise. If my lazy #%*( can do it, so can you!
