Could you try to just eliminate some of the "extra" drugs, one at a time? Like, maybe start with the wellbutrin or lexapro, try to reduce your dose, see how it goes. It probably would take a while to get off all of the ones you don't want, but I think you could do it. If you find that you are getting more depressed or unstable, just don't go off it. I don't think it's unreasonable to think that you could eventually just take Lamictal and Lunesta, and maybe one of the antidepressants. If you were going to stay on one, I'd pick Wellbutrin, just because I think it's less likely to cause the lack-of-energy problem.

Sorry-- I don't know anything about Remeron, it's one of the few drugs I've never tried. All I know is that it often makes people gain a lot of weight, I think it can make people pretty tired too.
