Which AD and mood stabilizer?

I'm not sure I should be taking Well & Eff. I take Trazodone at night to sleep and love it - but I don't think it is a mood stabilizer.
Anyone take a small dose of Risperdal?
I'm only taking 75mg of Effexor so I could wean off that and stick with Wellbutrin.
Wellbutrin alone makes me wired. Would Risperdal or Klonopin or something else work well as a mood stabilizer.
I would like to keep the Wellbutrin and Trazodone - what should I add?
