Lamictal by itself can cause tremulousness. It is possible that the combination is creating more tremulousness than either drug alone would produce. The other thing that might happen is that the tremulousness will disappear as your depression remits. I find that this phenomenon is sometimes associated with the beginning of an antidepressant response, and disappears as the response grows more robust. In other words, this shakiness might be a good sign and will disappear as you get better and better.

If the tremulousness does not disappear, you can take a beta-blocker drug like propranalol to solve the problem.
