Good to hear you feel better. I also went from LExapro to Cymbalta....unfortunately, I was one of the folks for whom it increased rather than decreased anxiety. I know that meds that are antidepressant/anxiloytic can for some people result in alleviation of anxiety fairly quickly....
It may be a combo of both, the sun and the med change.....sun always helps!
