I have the same problem. Others here suggested to me that I might have hypersensitive dopamine autoreceptors. These would react to the extra dopamine released into the synapses via stimulants by uptaking more of it than is necessary and thus leaving you tired rather than stimulated. So it's basically an overreactive feedback mechanism operating here. If you do a search on that term and also use the name "King Vultan" in your search, you will find more detailed information on this. There is no guarantee that this is your problem. It's merely a theory (a darn good one though IMHO).
