Buspirone questions

I am on week two of buspirone 10mg a day.

I have some questions:

Does somebody have success in anxiety and/or depression with buspirone alone?
How long do you have to wait for efficacy?
what is your dosage daily when you feel positive properties from buspirone? Is my dosage too low?
