Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. It was hard, so very hard in the beginning. I hated exercise more than anything and never thought I would grow to love it.
I couldn't work out more than a few minutes at a time in my 20s. In my 40s I studied Krav Maga, which is like street fighting. The tests were five to six hours long and almost purely physical. Never would have thought I get from point A to point B. Nothing makes you feel better and stronger and happier than you feel when your body is working as well as it possibly can work.
I took Effexor when I was injured, and for a couple of years Ithought I had fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue, which I dont have, but I slowed down a lot in the last couple of years and, especially since I've been recovering from the withdrawal over the last several months because it was so debilitating. I'm trying hard to get my phsyical strength back again cause I know there is nothing that makes me feel better. Please take the baby steps. Little, little, tiny, baby steps. Even if you are very tired the next day. Don't give up on yourself, please. Please keep trying. If you give up, someone else will too... maybe even me. Do it for all of us, and let us know how you are doing. Promise.
