In your experience, does it reduce sleepiness immediately? I guess I'm hoping that it does and that the nasty side effects take a few weeks to set it!!! I think this is unlikely!

Bupropion gave an immediate insomnia.The other bad effects did not show until few days after,and the insomnia decreased.
