CCK-B Antagonists-Any information?

Apparently CCK-B antagonists have antidepressent qualities.
This is supposedly because of their effect on the brains opiate system.
They sound like they could be an interesting new option and I just wondered if there were any plans to release any CCK-B antagonist drugs anywere in the world?
Also has anyone had any experience with them?
