If you are looking for motivation as a psychostimulant, dont look in to provigil, provigil seems to just be an "awakening" medication, not really repetious tasks like the grand dopamine agents.
You sure are looking ofr something for energy, I can give you advice for over the counter stuff, but im in the US, (dallas,tx), there's ginseng, Caffiene Tablets (No-Doz). Do you have GNC stores around your place.
L-tyrosine which is a percursor of dopamine and noradreanaline can certainly give an reenforcing effect, and to make it feel like amphetamine, take 1 Caffine Tablet, no more!, only one, this will resemble slightly amphetmaine's effects.
