It looks like you haven't tried anything that affects dopamine.
Paxil, Luvox, Prozac, Celexa, Lexapro = Seratonin
Effexor, Cymbalta = seratoin and norepinephrin
ludiomil = tricyclic

I doubt that any of those would have worked for me either. Maybe you could try Remeron. It has a horrible weight gain profile, but if you know that in advance or can combine it with something it might be avioded. Wellbutrin is also a good one. There is hope still!
