Well, I take four...

cymbalta 60mg
clonazepam 1.25mg
doxepin 25mg
xanax .5mg occasionally

My dx is depression, GAD and OCD.

The clonazepam has been very good for my anxiety and I hope at some point I can drop the others and use a small amount of this for anxiety since it's my biggest problem.
