klonopin V. Ativan : share similar effects?

I just started Klonopin 1mg today, and took it about 30min ago. Feeling lightheaded, and a bit disorianted.
I don't really like it, ... im feeling weird in a bad way, no detail about it.
But do they still have similar tranquilizing actions?
I feel like had a swiff of Tequila, that "unbalanced" feeling. And i only took 1mg, i promise.
Will this go away after time?
