I let it get way out of hand, and now even exercising is a trial because I've lost so much endurance. Hindsight: I would monitor my eating scrupulously at first to make sure I don't develop the bad habits that got me into this.

I'm glad Nardil gave you energy/motivation without the brain fog. The weight gain issue is a scary one though unfortunately I think that any of the anti-anxiety ADs will do that. This one maybe more than some of the others though. Someone either here or on the Yahoo MAOI board said that they were able to get things under control when they went on a low carb diet - then the cravings for sweets eventually disappeared.Thanks again, gg
