I have taken Paxil (I went 5 years without an orgasm), tried Wellbutrin (makes me really mean and sends me into angry rages), and finally I am on Lexapro (can't have an orgasm no matter what I do.) I can't stand the thought of going forever without a sex life so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I would suggest considering the tricyclic nortriptyline, which has pretty mild side effects for a tricyclic and typically little or no sexual side effects, particularly when compared to SSRIs. I believe this is also a relatively good med for anxiety. It could actually be added right to the Lexapro if your doctor knows what he's doing and is willing to monitor blood plasma levels, but I don't know if it would be able to counteract the negative sexual effects of an SSRI taken simultaneously. My own experience with nortriptyline involved just taking it by itself.
