Speaking of nightmares, I had a very vivid dream last night about an old friend of mine telling me sha had AIDS. 100% sure this was caused by the Ambien: the topic was completely out of nowhere and it was so real that it took me till about noon today to work things out in my head and realize that I was dreaming.
