fluvoxamine / Luvox withdrawals, side-effects...c

Hello, I've been taking fluvoxamine for panic for over 1 year. I've recently gotten off this medication due to nasty side effects and am finding the withdrawls to be horrible...tingling sensations, numb feeling on face, tongue, my ears are crackling...can anyone relate? Any answers are greatly appreciated...Thanks so much.
