Yeah, weight gain is a major pain in the you-know-what, and a lot of doctors don't take it seriously.
Wellbutrin hasn't started me gaining -- yet -- nor has Cymbalta -- yet. (Although I'm miserable today, because of an additional 8 pounds on my scale. But that's a different story.)
Talk to your pdoc, there are drugs that sometimes help. Glucophage, topamax, and a few others. The only other thing I can suggest is to post which drugs you're on right now, and see if anyone can suggest anything.
