Hello Tamara,
Thank you for replying to my post :-) A major problem with any depot drugs is that you can't discontinue them when you get the side effects. I wonder how often depot neuroleptics are used in the US..... probably less often than in the UK, I expect doctors might have a greater fear of legal action eg. if the patient developed neuroleptic malignant syndrome.
